At Cheers Wine Merchants, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your bottles arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your cellar remains perfectly stocked.
Return Process
- 1.Notify Our Team
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details of the vintage you wish to return.
- 2.Secure the Package
Ensure the bottles are unopened and placed back into their original protective transit packaging to prevent breakage during the return journey.
- 3.Arrange Collection
We will provide a prepaid shipping label or schedule a specialist courier to collect the wine from your preferred address at a convenient time.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our sommeliers inspect the returned stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement bottle immediately.
