How do you ensure the safety of wine bottles during shipping?
We use specialized, double-walled reinforced cardboard packaging and protective inserts designed specifically for glass bottles to prevent breakage during transit.
Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Per legal requirements for alcohol sales, an adult of legal drinking age must be present to sign for the delivery and provide valid photo identification.
What happens if I receive a bottle that is 'corked' or damaged?
We stand by the quality of our cellar. If you receive a faulty or damaged bottle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?
During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may temporarily hold shipments to ensure the wine's integrity is not compromised by temperature fluctuations.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Do you offer discounts on bulk or case purchases?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on all orders of 12 bottles or more. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.
