A smooth, medium-bodied biodynamic red from the warm island of Sicily. After fermentation in tanks, the wine is aged for six months in the bottle. This red has a delicious and elegant soft fruit structure with soft Morello cherry and hints of sundried tomatoes from its Mediterranean exposure (it really works!). The perfect easy drinking red, with a label that pays homage to the Sicilian puppet opera, a historical storytelling tradition in Sicily.
