Campari is an Italian alcoholic liqueur, considered an apéritif obtained from the infusion of herbs and fruit in alcohol and water. It is a bitter, characterised by its dark red colour. Notes of sweet cherry and orange, and a spicy edge reminiscent of cinnamon. The longer you sip on it, the more apparent the sweetness becomes. But the bitter never goes away.
