Tapawera '25 is our annual collaboration with Loughran Brewers Select and Hop RevolutionTM hop farm, NZ. We love the Hop Revolution hops and every year Tapawera is a firm favourite, so, here it is for 2025! We use a light and soft malt bill of extra pale, flaked oats and wheat, chit, and dextrin malts. This year's hop blend is Nelson SauvinTM, RiwakaTM, and a hint of Pacific SunriseTM. Tapawera '25 has bright vinous, gooseberry and tropical flavours with bold citrus fruits and hints of jammy goodness.
